Strategy & Business Operations Manager | Global Tech | London Hybrid
We are looking for an experienced Strategy & Business Operations professional to support high-impact work within a major global technology business.
The ideal person will have experience in strategy, business operations, functional strategy, chief-of-staff-style work, strategic programmes, or consulting, ideally within a large tech, digital, marketing, SaaS, platform, or fast-moving global environment.
The Offer:
- Competitive salary of £108,000 pa
- Role to start on a 12-month contract
- Hybrid working: 2 days onsite per week in London office
Day to day:
You'll be helping senior teams bring structure to complex business issues, gathering and analysing information quickly, working with KPIs and business insights, and turning findings into clear recommendations. You'll also support planning rhythms such as OKRs, QBRs and annual planning, help coordinate cross-functional initiatives, manage targeting and measurement workflows, and support internal communications and stakeholder alignment.
What we are looking for:
- Strategy & operations, business operations, functional strategy, strategic programmes, or chief-of-staff experience
- Strong analytical skills, including KPI analysis, business insight and performance measurement
- Experience working with OKRs, QBRs, annual planning, operating rhythms, budgets or team-wide planning processes
- Proven stakeholder management and leadership influence across cross-functional teams
- Ability to support senior leaders with recommendations, internal communications and decision-making
- Experience managing initiatives from inception through to delivery
- Comfortable working across change, process improvement, targeting, measurement or planning workflows
- Clear, confident English communication skills
